Regional Insight Roadshow
Wednesday 23rd october – Leeds

We are again partnership with NHS England to showcase good practice in using insight for improvement through a series of four full-day events around the country.

There are still places available on the last of these days, 23rd Oct in Leeds. The day features some of the outstanding winners, runners up and shortlisted entries that emerged from the PEN National Awards earlier this year.

Clare Enston, who is Head of Insight & Feedback for NHS England and NHS Improvement, will be the keynote speaker and there will be a chance to meet other members of her team too.

As usual, the event is free to attend, and you will be able to register soon to secure your place.

National PROMS Summit: Using Patient Reported Outcome Measures to improve Clinical Practice

We are pleased to announce the Eighth Annual National Patient Reported Outcome Measure (PROMS) Summit developed in association with Mr Bibhas Roy Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, HICAT Member and PROMs 2.0 Lead.  This national conference will focus on PROMs in clinical practice; using case studies of PROMs changing clinical practice alongside expert sessions on subjects such as using PROMs for decision making, to change practice, and auditing and analysis of outlines. There will also be national updates on the future of PROMs, a masterclass aimed at improving the effectiveness of PROMs to change clinical practice and supplier presentation updating delegates on latest ePROMs developments.
