Working in conjunction with NHS England, the Patient Experience Network (PEN) are delighted to announce the next ‘Using Insight for Improvement’ In-Person Workshops.
These are two events where we plan to bring some of the excitement and best practice from this year’s Patient Experience Network National Awards (PENNA) to even more people!
Over the free full day session we will be hearing from several of the PENNA 2022 Winners and Finalists who have used feedback and insight to drive improvement in healthcare to showcase their work. We will also be hearing the latest news from the Insight & Feedback Team, and we will have the opportunity to network and discuss key themes arising from the presentations.
The in-person events are focused on sharing what is working well, learning from each other and having the opportunity to discuss your own challenges with like-minded professionals.
These workshops are free to attend and refreshments and lunch will be provided.
We know these will be popular events so please book your place soon to avoid disappointment.
